The Jogamaya Memorial Institute
The Jogamaya Memorial Institute was established in the year 2000 by renowned businessman and social worker Mr. Madhusudan Nandy, in the fond and revered memory of his beloved mother, Late Jogamaya Devi.
Jogamaya Devi was a woman with a vision far ahead of her time. Having personally experienced the hardships of poverty, she deeply understood the power of education in overcoming life’s challenges.
With the goal of promoting education within her community, she inspired her children to establish an institution dedicated to providing quality education and fostering modern thinking among students.
